The hotel is well managed and the staff are extremely polite and helpful at all times. It offers very good all round facilities. The complimentary breakfast is very good quality. The hotel offers a good location and very good value compared to the surrounding top end hotels.

Breakfast was decent and plentiful. Coffee not so great. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for the money spent. Easy to find the location as it was right beside the main highway with the sign clearly visible from the highway. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area surrounding the hotel. Didn't have to go far for anything at all.

It was really appreciated that the rooms were equipped with everything needed, such as the mini fridge, microwave, iron board, iron, smart TV, one openable window for fresh air, excellent water pressure, disposable cups, and enough towels.

Overall, I was pleased with the accommodation. I was traveling, so my needs were just sleep. The room was fine and the staff were friendly. Good for a stopover.

Good location with a wide selection of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. Ground floor rooms have direct access to the parking lot through sliding glass doors. Also, it's possible to turn off the noisy air conditioner at night. There was little to no noise from the traffic.

Great location for our needs while visiting fam and friends in Kitchener region. Room was ready, clean and beds were decently comfortable for the one night. Appreciated breakfast bar in the a.m. to grab coffees and light bite to eat.

Our room was very clean with no smells of old carpet since there was hard surface flooring. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well each night. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The only concern we had was that the door to our room didn't seem to fit properly and although you couldn't open it when it was locked it could be jiggled quite a bit. We were very pleased with our stay and will probably be back.

I didn't know that we were getting a breakfast as part of our nightly fee. We were pleasantly surprised and even more so by how good the breakfast was. The young ladies working at the breakfast were really pleasant and worked hard to make sure we had what we needed. Have to be honest when we saw the outside of the quality Inn we were a little dubious but the second we walked in the door we could tell it was extremely clean and maintained and the front counter staff were so warm and welcoming. Once we got to the room we realized the cleanliness extended to the rooms. It was immaculate.

Breakfast was great, even the kids agreed. The location was good, easy to find and very close to the highway so an easy stop for passing through. The beds and room were comfortable, and we felt very safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint (from the kids) was that the pop machines weren't working, which was also fine by me. There were food options all located close to the hotel as well .

renovated rooms, clean, my room faced highway but i didn't hear the noise. Breakfast is good. I loved the fresh waffles and various tea options.
